Request for Rescheduling:

• Clients may request to reschedule their session by contacting us through our social media accounts at least 2–3 days before the originally scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, depending on our availability.

Maximum Reschedules:

• Rescheduling is allowed one time only. After the reschedule, the reservation fee will be forfeited. Clients who wish to book again must pay a new reservation fee.

• All reschedule requests must remain within the same month as the original booking.

Limitations:

• We understand that emergencies can arise. If you encounter an unavoidable situation, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will strive to assist you in finding a reasonable solution.

Cancellation Request:

• If you need to cancel your session, please notify us via our social media accounts at least 2–3 days before your scheduled date.

No Refund Policy:

• Unfortunately, payments made for canceled sessions are non-refundable. This includes reservation fees and any other payments made.

No-Shows:

• Failing to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any payments made, and the session cannot be rescheduled.
